Once I took it upon myself to find the best gelato in Italy. This has resulted in eating a lot of gelato. A rather enjoyable hobby.

It got me to try flavors I never would have otherwise. For example, in Venice you can try rosemary and rosepetal gelato made by this guy who takes as inspiration…
